Bunthoeun Sophavy: I am a dreamer, result oriented, risk taker and visionary leader, My thoughts are about why people doing and what people wanted thus give me an opportunity to be pro-active and moving forward. I do believed in the word "WE CAN DO IT", Totally almost 5 year in event management and communication of organizing the event and 2 year in First Line Management Team in multinational company and multi-cultural environment, there are some mistake been making but at the same time also there are many great-record with rewards either from Local and Regional team, the experiences been learning and improving to be stable and mutual in leading business to achieve the aggressive organization objective and company vision.
